The Regent's Park Summer Series Virtual 10K

The Regent's Park

The Regent's Park 10K is the longest-running monthly race in London with more than 100,000 finishers over three decades!

Don't let this year be the one you miss! The beautfiul, super-fast and flat course is open to run every day - even the camels and giraffes of London Zoo await your flypast down the famous back straight of the course.

You'll get to add a medal to your collection and remember this as the year that, even without a race day, you still got out there and ran.

From Monday 20 July until Sunday 6 September, The Regent's Park Virtual Summer 10K is open for entries!

Complete the course at any time - and as many times as you like - only your fastest time will count! Your entry earns you one place on the leaderboard - upload your result using a sharable link from Garmin, Strava or similar and, if you run a faster time at a later date, you can update your result.

We provide the official course map including a GPX file in your confirmation email if you have a compatible device.

Not able to get to Regent's Park? We're able to accept entries for anyone who wants a Regent's Park 10K medal, but your result submission must include evidence of the 10K course you ran.

On Monday 7 September, we'll arrange for your medal to be sent in the post and announce male and female overall and category winners in each of V40, V50, V60 and V70+ categories. The Regent's Park 10K 2020 crowns are yours for the winning - the only thing we can't promise is a Regent's Park flapjack and banana!

£17 standard entry
