Run March: Be Race Ready in 2021

Run March!

Local training routes · Medals for your March Km total · Virtual race days every weekend

Whilst we’re not back racing yet, with a light at the end of the tunnel there’s no better time to get ready for the rush. Whether you’re just getting started, maintaining a programme or stretching your limits ready for a PB after lockdown, let us help you reach your goal!

Run March allows you to choose a distance goal to accomplish by the end of the month with virtual races every weekend to keep your performance in check and allow your competitive spirit to shine. Check out your rivals via the live online leaderboard and earn a medal to show off your hard work.

Stretch your limits and keep your efforts focused in 2021!

Set a distance goal

How far will you run? Set a distance goal to hit over the 31 days of March – choose from targets of 25K, 50K, 100K or 200K - and reach or exceed them to get the medal to show your mettle. We’ll support you with extra training resources and shout outs every step of the way on our social channels.

Use our route maps to inspire your training runs

Use our run routes for your training sessions with a 5K and 10K map for every London borough and 20 other cities including Coventry, Windsor, Maidenhead and Guildford – all based on our City Scramble virtual routes passing great views and quirky cultural landmarks.

Once you’ve entered, you’ll get access to the online bank of maps with at least one 5K and 10K route in each of these cities:

Belfast, Bath, Birmingham, Brighton. Bristol, Cambridge, Cardiff, Chelmsford, Coventry, Derby, Edinburgh, Exeter, Frome, Glasgow, Guildford, Leeds, Leicester, London (each of the 32 boroughs and City of London), Maidenhead, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Newcastle, Norwich, Oxford, Plymouth, Reading, Sheffield, Southampton, Swindon, Windsor and York.

Race your socks off during the virtual Race Weekends

Your entry into Run March includes a place in each of our virtual Race Weekends (and their respective leaderboards) to provide some focus for your weekly training and contribute towards your monthly goal.

You can run wherever you want, take inspiration from our bank of Race Ready routes (including our iconic London park races) or, if you have a suggestion for a new route in your city’s best park, let us know and we may be able to offer new routes where there’s high demand!

Full details on how to enter the Run March Race Weekends will be provided after entry and, for each one you enter and submit a result, you’ll receive a free pair of socks!
