Experience Leyton Jubilee Park at dusk on a 2.5K trail through it's wicked woods and fiendish footpaths, collecting treats and watching out for pop-up glow-in-the-dark dance performances.
A fun-filled and not-so-frightening evening for all the family, Waltham Forest residents are invited to get out for an active Hallowe'en themed evening in the superb surroundings of Leyton Jubilee Park. Fancy dress is encouraged, but as long as you have comfortable shoes for the trail, wear whatever you like!
Beginning at 4.30pm with a 5K race for runners of all ages and abilities, with chip-timing and instant results available after you finish along with a medal and goody bag of ghoulish treats.
Once the moon is high at 5pm, the Trick & Treat Trail begins, allowing families to explore the marked and marshalled route through the park's riverside walkway, woodland paths and across the high moonlit plateau. Treats will be there for the discovering with spooky sounds and a special performance from some devlish dancers as you make your way to the fright-free finish line and a hero's medal.
