The Institute of Sport Exercise and Health (ISEH) 2K run is a non-chip timed Fun Run open to all in the iconic surroundings of London’s Regents Park and will take place before the ISEH 5K and 10K run. It is a great way to get active, something which we are passionate about here at the ISEH.
The 2K route will be fully signed and marshalled. The route is flat so ideal for all ages and fitness levels, especially children too young to run the ISEH 5K.
Sign up today and let’s all get active!
